Our solution: We designed an end-to-end booking experience that blends speed, clarity, and control. Real-time inventory and cost tracking power a transparent checkout. A flexible pipeline handles concessions and merchandise. Financial exports plug into downstream systems (including peoplesoft) so finance stays in lockstep with operations.

Design details: We used Figma to create a modern, modular, responsive UI. The patterns stay consistent across sections, including Private, Tours, and Scheduled, so users don’t relearn the interface on each step. It’s clean, fast, and easy on the eyes.
